Meet the maker!
My name is Elessa, I am the creator of Natural Mystik. Over the past 5 years I’ve invested into exploring the Dimensions of Consciousness, the depths in which we are aware of our universe. Throughout my journey I’ve found myself struggling to ground myself, to stay present; my mind bursts with connections and “The Grand Scheme”. I easily forgot my human mission, my life’s work as an individual. For the million thoughts that raced through my brain, not one of them produced change, not until I was ready to implement what I had learned. I aim to teach others to live an active lifestyle in which there is peace, productivity, as well as acceptance of every human emotion and experience in between. Here lies the gift, the present.
